Disagreement Resolution and Governing Regulation Clause. Any sort of dispute coming up from or in connection with this Contract, featuring any sort of concern concerning its presence, validity or firing, shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration in Singapore according to the Adjudication Policy of the Singapore International Adjudication Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are regarded to be integrated by referral in this stipulation. The regulating law of the arbitration shall be Singapore law. The Tribunal shall contain three mediator(s).
