I am a well established Doctor in Las Vegas. I hired this guy to help review my office needs, he came in threaten my whole staff and I lost a good office manager, referral clerk, and other staff members, then I found out he was using my address as his business address.
After looking further he has a very shady past and I wish I never hired him. I will be very lucky if my past employee's do not file a lawsuit against me. I have gone on the internet and read that he has several lawsuits against him and recently has been fined $5,000 by FINANCIAL INDUSTRY REGULATORY AUTHORITY!
I am sorry I ever hired this guy he is a Danger to any business, with his arrogant temper and rude behavior I am lucky to still be in practice.
I am the Dr. who hired Mr. Karosa to run my practice. He and his team were my office for four months and during that time he renegotiated my office lease saving me more than $100K annually, resolved our practice's outstanding issue with the US Government regarding a Medicare billing issue, restructured our billing and coding departments, redesigned our compensation and benefits package, structured new marketing relationships and contracts for the practice, and provided such good advice to our attorney that we were able to settle two lawsuits in under three months after they have been in the court system for over two years. The post above was written by my former office manager who I terminated for conduct detrimental to the firm. In addition, he restructured my entire insurance package and revamped my investment portfolio which had been mismanaged. I am sorry for any damage this may have done to Mr. Karosa and his firm as my family and i are not sure where we would be without him.

I have looked at the long list of court filings against him and I know that he pushed his way into the Republican Party and onto the Herman Cain for President Campaign. Just another opportunist the feed off and intimidates people."
